Accepted Fadel freekilling

What they've done: Fadel is a person which I and many other people have problems with. He usually freekills and freehits, then makes up terrible excuses for doing so.

I recall this one time where I was a prisoner and racing in Space Carts on jb_space_jail_v7. I was about to win, and Fadel was a Sniper. I remember we did Space Carts because his favourite prisoner said so. I was in first, about to win, with Fadel's favourite right behind me. Then Fadel headshotted me and said "THE WINNER IS ______!" (I forgot what their name was). Everyone on the server (except Fadel's favourite) ranted at him for some time and he came back with:
"Oh no, that wasn't me! My twin brother came into the room and clicked the mouse!"

While I don't have evidence of this, there were many you can ask, as I believe one was recording.

I really hope there is enough evidence to issue a ban. If not, many people are wanting at least a Team Ban for Fadel. He is a person that a lot of people have been having trouble with.

fadel does not freekill nor freehit he is a very nice and understandable person and very truthfull that picture is his own he took it with his phone it has watermark cause he used an app to crop his hand out ! thank you very much

I have known fadel for well over 2 years and i have never seen him freekill/freehit. He is and has always been a very honest person and I can tell you that he would not kill you without reason.

First of all, respect other players in the forums.
I will investigate with the demos as I've received many complaints of Fadel freekilling.

Muh justifying breaking the rules because "it's just le vidya game." People play games to have fun, and being killed specifically while others receive special treatment isn't fun. That being said, Fadel is usually a pretty nice guy, though he doesn't have a clean slate like most of you would suggest. Waiting until the final verdict.

I have reviewed the first demo, beginning from the 20,000th tick, here are the rule-breaks that I've encountered:

• NeonKiller killed Heinrich, when he killed him, Fadel said "do not hit baiters" , when he said it, Fadel killed NeonKiller, resulting in a freekill.
• HellYoshi got freehit by Fadel, and Fadel claiming that he said to crouch at all times in the fall-game when they were trying to kill Heinrich, but in fact, he only said it when he shot HellYoshi, resulting in a freehit.
• Fadel said that everyone can jump while crouching EXCEPT for HellYoshi, resulting in favoritism and freekill.

30,000th tick:

• Fadel questioning on who is the best Warden, and the obvious answer that he wants is him, if any of the two said any other Warden is better than him, Fadel would've obviously killed them, but that is just my personal opinion, I have no proof whether he was going to kill whoever said that another Warden is better than him or not. (not really rule-breaking but just noting)
• Same as above, but Fadel asking if he freehit, freekilled, etc. but both of the players were saying no, to maybe avoid getting killed.
• Fadel now asking something that is quite rule-breaking in my opinion, "does diamond suck", in my opinion, somewhat disrespectful.
• Same as above, but him asking "does hellyoshi suck"
• Fadel asking "where is the great wall of china" , one replied with the answer "China" , the other replied with "Fadel's land" and the obvious correct answer is China, but instead, Fadel kills the guy that answered with "China"

40,000th tick:

• Fadel saying "diamond you suck bro" resulting in disrespect

57,000th tick:

• Fadel freehitting NeonKiller, but claiming that the pyro was the one who shot him.

67,000th tick:

• Fadel being the Warden, freehitting HellYoshi saying do not stack, while infact, he was NOT.
• Fadel saying "Alright we are not going to do diner because Yoshi wants to" I'm not sure if that was favoritism or not, but might be.
• Fadel freekilling HellYoshi, saying that he moved/freelooked, but he did not, I rewinded a few times to make sure.

A week teamban is already going to be applied to Fadel, but I will see the next demo and see if Fadel has broken any more rules or not.

Fadel will be teambanned for a week.
