I'm sorry, but evidence must be given through a .dem file (a demo file) that should be uploaded to a storage site (such as Google Drive or MediaFire), and then should be given as a link in the evidence section.
Unless @Noodl can look into the logs and see what has been happening, your report will most likely be denied in the future.
