Why would you like to become a moderator?
I would like to become a moderator for Flux’s JB server because I want to help the staff and serve its community. I’ve talked to many of the people who regularly come on the server and built friendships with them. I would like to become a moderator for this community because I love to play on it so often. Throughout my time on the JB server, I’ve been through my fair share of situations where I wish there was a moderator online to punish a toxic player. Whether they were free killing or being a terrible guard in general, there was nobody around. I’ve been contemplating becoming a moderator for this server because every time I apply as a moderator, I tend to see it as a job, instead of an escape to have fun. This time I want it to be different, I want to maintain my friendships in this ever-expanding community, have fun with everyone, and make sure everyone is enjoying themselves. I have experience on two different DarkRP servers, Elitelupus and Liberty Networks. I am familiar with ULX commands as well as some admin commands (I’m open to being taught more about them). During my time in those servers I’ve dealt with toxic individuals and groups, and with that experience, I can tackle anything that would come into this JB server. If I become a moderator, I promise to treat everybody equally and play a beneficial part in the JB server.

Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate:
Instead of rashly inflicting punishment on a player, I would first check the players' punishment history. Based on the player's history, I would inflict the necessary punishment on the player. I will also be actively present on the discord so, if provided with enough evidence to judge the situation, I will inflict the punishment based on the screen recordings.
Advertising Hacks:
If given proof via screenshot or recording I will permanently gag/mute the player

1st Offense: Warning
2nd Offence: 1 Hour gag/mute
3rd Offence: 4 Hour gag/mute
4th Offence: 8 Hour gag/mute
5th Offence: 1 Day gag/mute
6th Offence: 1 Week gag/mute
