It is a fun server with the nicest people I've seen to date.
I have made 90% of my friends on there.
I play on the server almost daily.


Why would you like to become a moderator?
I've been a moderator in different games and i always like to forgive people and give them a second chance.
I have also moderated loads of group chats and im mostly selected to be the admin.
I also become more responsible with my language and treat players more with more respect when I am a staff member.
There aren't many moderators on the server, I think I could enforce the rules a wee bit better because of me joining almost daily.

I've seen you a lot on Orange Crits, and I think you could possibly make a good staff member based on how I have seen you interact with the players on the server, but I can't agree with the ideal that banning someone can be dependent if someone is liked on the server or not.

Players that try to hide their cheats will be investigated by people going into spectator mode, i will only consider banning people if the majority of the server agrees with my decision

Would this mean that if someone hides their cheats well enough from everyone, and they are well-liked, you wouldn't ban that person if you had evidence that they were cheating?

Also, similarly,

When a Player is blatantly cheating and bragging about it i will speak to them like a normal player and ban them for 5 months.

I do not see the logic in temporarily banning someone blatantly cheating, if anything this would only encourage people to hide their cheats and only make it more difficult to spot them, and they can just come back in 5 months anyway! Someone blatantly cheating is most likely going to use a VPN and alt accounts, this would just let them have a fresh supply of accounts to cheat on after each 5 months ban. Why would cheating not result in a permanent ban?

Aside from all of that, as Apple Pie has said, you need to edit your post to include a punishment ladder. Check the templates and/or past accepted applications for examples. If someone is being racist or toxic on voice, would you gag them as you said? Obviously not, you would mute them, but we need to know that you're aware of that. How long would they be muted the first time? What about repeat offenses? Those are the types of things you need to list/detail in your punishment ladder.

Better, but again, look at the last couple of accepted mod applications, you're definitely missing the mark if you're actually looking at them. The punishments become harsher with more repeated offenses, you need to show that in your ladder. They might also give you better inspiration of how harsh the punishments should start, for example,

General Toxicity and/or Racism: Gagged and Muted for 7 Days

Generally people are not punished that harshly for their first offense.
