hackers:if they ever advertise like lmao box or other hacks ill ban them perm straight away
a innapropriate spray:instant ban
speaking other language like russian or arabic give them a warning, if they wont stop 1 hour mute, 3 hour mute, 6 hour mute,
a person whos afk in blue ill put them in spectator mode
abusing the admin calling feature in chat: ban them for 60 mins, 2 hours, 5 hours, 1 day, 3 days, 6 days, 1 week, 3 weeks and lastly a perm ban
admin impersonations:tell them to change their name and profile picture, 4 hour ban, 13 hour ban, 1 day ban, 4 day ban, 1 week ban,

racism:if they say the n word they'll get gagged, 3 hour mute, 5 hour mute, 1 day mute, 3 day mute, 5 day mute, and a perm mute.

revealing a admin whos undercover: warn them to never do it again, 2 hour gag, 4 hour gag, 7 hour gag, 1 day gag, 4 day gag, 6 day gag, 1 week gag, 3 week gag, and then perm.

blue team:

mass freekilling:they do it for fun or they dont know what jailbreak is,
slay and give them a warning to not to do it again

I have to point out is that even now, the last time you joined a Flux server was 4 months ago in March. If you don't have time or can't play on Flux how will we know that you'll respond to requests or actively moderate as a moderator? Can you give a compelling argument for that, despite the fact you haven't played in a long time?

I also noticed that in between now and your last app, you got a VAC ban on your account, in April. Could you explain that? You wrote:

Which I'll assume is only because you reused your previous app as you said.

From my perspective it seems that you got bored of TF2 and then went to cheat on other Source games, which is not a good look, but we're not sure unless you explain.

Currently im using an alt to play Flux, which ill explain in a second. Due to the vac banned I believe that i downloaded some sorta app that i used to edit clips for stuff when i still had a shit pc, or the other answer is me lending my account to my friend which i only promised for him to play couple games except TF2 which i spended the most and he went for it. Now for the "thing" reason ( dont know how to phrase it so i can type quicker) is the alt im using currently which I placed with the steam id 32 thingy, ill probably change the username so it'll be easier to find
