Please ensure you follow the guidelines posted on this thread, if these guidelines aren't followed then it may result in your report being locked.
Prior to submitting a report please ensure that you do the following:
1. Verify that the person you are reporting hasn't already been reported. This can be done by simply accessing the SourceBans page.
2. Ensure that you follow the "player report" format and provide all required information prior to submitting.
3. Make sure you have sufficient evidence before making a report, we usually cannot do anything without evidence. (Click here for how to record a demo). Screenshots of console logs will not be accepted. Chat logs can be accessed on our stats page. (Click here)
4. When reporting a player ensure that you are the correct Steam ID. (Ex: STEAM_0:1:12345678) Community profile links are not acceptable as they change often.
5. To locate a player's Steam ID, open the console and type in status. This will bring up list of players online. An example below will be given.
6. Keep the thread titles clean and provide the username of said player. (Report against Username (BR Jailbreak)
Once you submit a report a Staff Member will review it and come to a decision. Please do NOT post unnecessary remarks if you were not involved in the report. Players who witnessed an infraction may post remarks if they were involved.

Type status into the console and copy the Steam3ID that is listed.
With that information visit this website https://findsteamid.com/home and paste the Steam3ID into the search bar. From there grab the proper Steam ID that is highlighted in red. Community profile links can also be pasted and converted to the correct format.
