Trade server rules update
I've never seen something like that on the trade server before... Sometimes I ban people for being marked as scammers on steamrep, but I only see that if for some reason I check their backpack.tf page. -

Declined mute report
I've reviewed the demo and although it is true that these players are using a foreign language, the server appears to be completely empty except for you and them. I'm going to give these two a pass for now, but if you see them in games where the language is actively disrupting others, please... -

[BUG] Spawn Killing on Trading Server!
This isn't a bug. That's how the map was made. Also, spawn camping in general is NOT against the rules. Only sentrycamping is against the rules, with stickybomb camping being looked down upon although not written against. Also, this isn't really a major problem considering that there is at least... -
