Time limits on posts?

So if you look at the suggestions and off-topic or any other forum thread post thingy you may see that some people post a little bit too much. So I was wondering if we could make a time limit for thread posts. Such as 1 week, every 3 days etc.

Why would you limit peoples ability to make threads when they did nothing wrong same with posts instead the admins should just start giving out more warning points.

In my opinion I strongly disagree with this because sometimes players who have played on flux.tf a lot can find their way into the forums and have of fresh ideas for this community which they would like to share. Denying them access to post say more than once or twice a week could stop them from posting on flux at a later date. This doesn't really matter that much considering people can be banned from here anyway. Plus spamming posts just makes you look immature and generally newer players who seek to be an admin and find they have to have ten posts on here end up getting denied so reducing spam by putting a limit on it wont really make a difference.

I think he's pointing at an individual. There are still other people that post necessary threads. When making a suggestion, think about how it will effect the players and which were the one causing you to make this thread and is it worth it? If it was one annoying boi, I don't think it's worth it to make a suggestion to try to restrict something he's doing when you are also restricting other innocent peoples ability to do a certain thing.

why would we want to wait 1 week to post another thread?

This idea popped up in my head when somebody left a comment on his post saying why did you post 2 things in a matter of 10 mins
