First off, a user with a similar username was banned recently for a week. This looks like an alt account. I want you to go to the Friends tab, then Recently Played With, and find the user. You may have to refresh the page. Will keep this open if you want to give me the URL or STEAM ID.

And Bronze, do not comment on reports you have no say in.
