So, pyro , demoman , soldier and heavy are the most dangearous clases to play as in blu team in jailbreak
But most of the times the pyros are a big problem cuz you know FLAME THROWER HIT BOXES
and i really want some class restrictions or rules with a class in jb cuz if we dont make this a thing
pyros will ruin everything

Well I think you should inforce rules that to only use flamethrowers to airblast unless there being attacked.

I feel that, very simply, if you don't know how to control your class to not accidentally freekill, don't play that class.
Besides, each of those classes has a shotgun or some shit.
Except demo.
Fuck demo.
Also, heavy is completely fine...?
Anyways.
This would change... nothing.
At least not for me.

Pyro has a shotgun/axe for singling out individual targets.

Pyro has a flamethrower for crowd control.

When playing Pyro, Soldier or Heavy on BLU, I recommend using a Shotgun 100% of the time (unless it's Warday, in which case, use something else such as a Banner, Flare Gun or Sandvich).

making pyros unplayable on blue team is dumb as they have shotguns and melee weapons to use instead of flame throwers (which can be a good weapon for last guard/warday)

not really as soldier has to fire multiple shots if they are lined up shoulder to shoulder but pyro has to walk along firing his weapon.

If soldier hits two rockets he can clean up most reds and he has a good firerate on rockets too

While Pyros may be the 1st class that is used to free kill, there is still players that play with the pyro class a lot and don't free kill at all.
I find restricting the Pyro class from the BLU team pointless.

If you can aim then there shouldnt be problem with any class

Myself, I Think you should just block them from using they're Flame throws and let them ONLY Use they're Secondary like a Flare gun Scorch shot (Actually, If They putt on the Scorch shot, Make It that It just Randomizes a Pyro Secondary, Like: Somebody Equips an Scorch shot on BLU It Randomizes It, And he gets a Panic Attack.) Oh and also let them use They're Melee ofc. (Or just reduce the Flamethrowers dammage ? And maybe make It that the Afterburn Effect only Applies to Rebelers, Idk I Am just a guy who plays Pyro-Dash Demoknight and Medic.)

This thread made me think, I understand that the whole Pyro thermal thruster can be easily abused but if you think about it, pyros in jailbreak had nothing good in the the first place, Speed is the same as Medic, Engie, Sniper and Spy but the speed doesn't really do anything, Hitreg in my case of playing pyroffwith FF Enabled is pretty much impossible to hit people so they have near to no chance of winning meat grinder or cell wars with classes beside spies also pyro vs guards is like a mouse vs a bonfire pyro has a way lower chance of winning in a fight with a guard, Health for pyro is 175 the same as demo but that still doesn't help because A scout, soldier, pyro, demo, heavy, engie, medic, sniper and spy can all 1 hit you so with every class you can get 1 hit as a pyro, This is a very slight but important topic but the looks of the pyro doesn't help at all, it always can stick out, for example if you see a scout run away his body is so slim and so easy to miss that's why he is a flank class, like really do you think seeing a heavy flanking people and so with pyro so he has no advantages so its only fair if he gets a jetpack, that's my opinion anyways but the scout has speed and sandman, the soldier has mantreads, base jumper and disciplinary action, demo has base jumper, scotman's skullcutter the engie has the eureka effect, the jag the medic has pretty much 100% crit and mediguns causing invuls and protection, sniper has the cozy camper, huntsman if getting ammo and bushwaka if marked for death, and the spy has a instakill melee, nothing much else to say but the only good thing pyro has is afterburn resistance so its only fair to give pyro a jetpack.

And even if I must consider the new weapons they won't be much of an issue, The Jerry Can is a throwable so really it's either useless or a baiting weapon. The Dragon's Fury is in a way the same as the other flamethrowers just more range and singular target projectile instead of a constant stream. The Jetpack is really just for getting around (And can still be killed just as easily either way) and the Hot Hand... Must I really say about that? It's another melee weapon, single target use like the rest of the items. overall, I don't see how Pyro can become any worse, to me, it's going to continue being the same arsonist class we've always known for crowd control in JB (Or accidental/deliberate freekills/freehits) So why are we even saying the pyro is gonna be a problem? It's not changing and restrictions likely would just make the class no different, restrict flamethrowers primary use and people will abuse it or ignore it anyway. (Sorry if you've noticed I've edited this multiple times but I had too many spelling errors I had to correct)

Ok so by both of your logic it is ok for a red to have a way of immediately escaping and for guards to throw prisoners around without any one being able to do anything flame thrower is just strong gas should be freehit/rebelling but the jetpacks are crazy pls just ban the jetpacks ffs
