I like this application, well written, variety of servers played is great, and American activity on the forums/servers is a welcome rarity, never seem to hear much from that side.

Your low game time hours and seemingly new account is quite a concern however.

How are we feeling about admin numbers currently? Given the remaining open applications, and this one. Personally I lean towards the more the merrier, in regards to applications that are actually beneficial to have the player as an admin.

I think we have a lot of staff now, Having more would be a bit over-doing it
but if he is in a timezone where the server is mostly empty of admins
sure why not

Personally, I am not really sure if we should consider having more admins right now, especially for jailbreak. We already have 5 admins who are in nearly the same timezone and usually we all play at the same time, so it gets a bit messy. I have absolutely nothing against Kat, she's actually pretty nice, but we REALLY need to rethink adding more admins for now. When admins start to outnumber players, there is obviously an issue.

I propose we put this application on hold until a later date where more admins are needed. I understand that Flux is a new community and we're picking up staff as we go but no community needs 6 admins all playing on the same server at the same time. It makes the jobs of admins difficult, as we all have different degrees of punishments, and we tend to clash in the middle of games.

For now, it's a -1 for me. If we were short on staff, I would give a solid upvote, but we are overstaffed currently and need to cut down on new admins for a while.

I generally agree with Spades above. The admin list is a rather populated currently.

However, given you're from the other side of the pond to most of us, and I believe we have a US jailbreak server that seems to be gaining some traction: how many admins frequent that server?

Like.... Katalander, sometimes, when no one is on EU Jailbreak.
