1- I don’t see how having good grammar reflects upon how well the team’s administration is. Albeit, you are right in one sense regarding admin applications etc or official conversations, however I do disagree that admins need be on their top grammatical ability whilst in game.
2- This already exists, enabled for those whom have donated
3- For this I’d reccomend making a poll, and asking the community whether they do like it or not. If enough people type “rtv” on a server, there will be a map change.
4- Define “roll options”. If you’re talking about RTD, some of the outcomes have been removed due to them game breaking

I personally really like the 8bit style maps, they add nice variety, so that's just preference. Also don't nominate/vote for them. Besides, people complain about there not being enough maps and then want them removed.

As for roll options, that needs elaboration. Our RTD plugin already has some custom rolls in it already.
