It’s not all you have to say, you need to provide reasons why you give a +1.

You have proven that you have a good understanding of the rules and punishments but you have virtually no admin experience and are not familiar with the role or commands but you state that you intend to learn them. You have also been on this community for a while and have a mostly positive name for yourself but (as you said) you are immature but you intend to change that, You are also very active (on the community)
