I have found that people make many jokes about flux admins and their inactivity. I decided as i was permanently gagged and muted I was put off from playing on flux servers as would many other people if they received those types of punishments. The I explored tf2 jailbreak servers and played for long periods to see how fast admins would respond to players breaking rules. The servers I played on include: Skial, Panda, Blackwonder and obviously Flux. I quickly found that admins on flux were a lot faster. Skial and Panda were both in very similar situations, the admins were good and fair but not very fast to punishing players allowing players to get away with breaking certain rules. Despite Blackwonder having a lot of admins which appear to be active on the discord but not on the actual servers. I played on a blackwonder jailbreak server for just under 6 hours seeing many rules broken and not a single admin turning up to punish anyone. Flux jailbreak servers often have admins engaging in the game allowing them to react quickly to issues. Even when their weren't admins actively in the game they quickly respond to calls and deal with them appropriately.
Overall I feel the flux admins receive a lot of bullshit from players who are unaware of the rules and feel they are unfairly punished. Flux admins have become a lot more responsive over time I have been playing but generally hand out more unfair punishments and I have seen admins be bias towards certain players. People of flux need to appreciate the time and effort admins put in the to make this tf2 community somewhat enjoyable.
