So you suspect someone of cheating, but you don't know if they are actually cheating or not.
That is because cheat developers like to find and implement exploits into their game.
To help you guys out, I'm going to make a list here of known cheat features, so you can immediately know of a new exploit that cheaters now have, so you guys can take necessary measures.
This forum post will be updated when new information has been shown by those nasty cheat developers.

Disclaimer: This is for educational purposes only.

Aim Bot
Aim Key: This allows a cheater to use any key to activate their aimbot. This feature is normally used by "Legit Aimbotters", who will use their aim key to toggle the aimbot on, get a kill with it, and immediately turn it off to avoid suspicion, this feature is normally used in competitive scenes, but it can happen in normal games too.

Aim Methods/Target Position: This allows the aimbot to target a selected position. They mainly come in three positions: Automatic, Head and Body.

Automatic : Either automatically targets the closest hitbox to the crosshair, or aims at the body if a "Body Shot" is enough to kill the target.


Head:
Simple, this mode just aims at the head.

Body:
Again, simple: This mode aims only at the body.

Auto Shoot: This is self-explanatory.

Silent Aim: This makes aim snapping invisible for the cheater (so they look normal when you're looking at them), but not when you're spectating them.

Silent Aim + Spectators/Perfect Silent Mode: This makes the Aimbot, NoSpread (Explained Below), NoRecoil (Explained Below) invisible to SourceTV, Replays and Spectators.

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION* This feature had been patched on 23/07/2015 (UK Calendar)/ 07/23/2015 (US Calendar) update:D. However, it is possible to keep Aimbot Invisible if configured correctly, so watch a little bit more closely when spectating them!

NoSpread: Disables Bullet Spread.

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION* This feature has been patched but is still possible to do. (It just doesn't work as good as it used to :D)

NoRecoil: Disables the Recoil on the weapon (Scout's Force A Nature is where this feature is used the most)

NoZoom: Disables the zooming effect, but keeps the Sniper Rifle active whilst still being able to see everything around you, as if you never zoomed in the first place.

NoDisguise: Disables Spy's disguises (As if spies that were disguised in the first place weren't hard to spot for cheaters rofl)

NoMOTD: Completely disables ALL forms of MOTD adverts. (Whereas disabling it via the console or Advanced Options Menu would still cause it to pop up on some community servers, even whilst possibly having advert music running in the background simultaneously.

NoExploitation: Stops all string commands being issued to their computer. (What use does this have? rofl)

Wait for Charge: Waits for the Sniper Rifle charge to build up to a level where the rifle can kill the target in one-shot.

Wait for Headshot: Stops firing the weapon until it can headshot again. (Sniper Rifles/Ambassador Only)

Scope Only Mode: Only enables the aimbot when the Sniper Rifle is scoped in (Regardless if the Aim Key is being held whilst not scoping)

Trigger Bot
Trigger Key: Just like the Aim Key, but it will only function as the Trigger Bot.

Aim Methods/Target Position: When the trigger key is held, the program will only shoot at the desired hitbox when the crosshair is over it.
There are the same methods as last time, Automatic, Head and Body.


Trigger Priority: The cheater has an option to aim at any of these things below, and can toggle them on or off as they please:
  • Players
  • Sentries
  • Dispensers
  • Teleporters
  • MvM Bots
  • Sticky Bombs (From Demo)
  • Halloween Bombs
Auto-Airblast: This automatically reflects any projectile that Pyro can deflect. Engineers can also "Deflect" using The Short Circuit, this feature allows both classes to do so when enabled.
The current possible amount of things that Pyro and Engineer (Short Circuit Only) can deflect are:
  • Scout's Sandman Ball
  • Pyro's Flare Gun Projectiles
  • Demo's Sticky Bombs
  • Soldier's Rockets (All Variations)
  • Demo's Pipe Bombs (All Variations)
  • Demo's Loose Cannon Projectiles
  • Sniper's Jarate/Scout's Mad Milk
  • Sniper's Huntsman Arrows (Yes, even the reskin. lol)
Auto-Extinguish: This is self-explanatory, as it Automatically Extinguishes any burning players as Pyro within range. They can reduce the range and minimal distance needed to activate it, so it isn't that obvious when you're spectating them to find out if they are cheating.

Auto-Ubercharge: This automatically ubercharges teammates under certain conditions:
  • When the cheater himself is at low health.
  • When an enemy sniper is aiming at him.
  • When the player that the cheater is healing is at low health.
  • *STOCK MEDIGUN AND VACCINATORS ONLY* Predicts a projectile when it is facing the cheater and triggers the ubercharge when a Soldier's/Demo's Projectile can kill the target instantly (Eg. Random Crit, cheater at low HP, etc.)
  • *KRITZKRIEG ONLY* When there are a huge amount of enemies nearby.
  • *KRITZKRIEG ONLY* When there are a moderate amount of VISIBLE enemies nearby.
  • *VACCINATOR ONLY* Activates the correct resistance upon receiving damage.
Auto-Detonate: Automatically detonates players whenever possible as Demoman or Pyro with the Detonator.

Exploits (Will be constantly updated be me whenever another one surfaces)

Sequence Freezing: This allows cheaters to "go back in time" for a short while, allowing them to do all of the exploits shown below: *All exploits below have been PATCHED, :)*
  • Get Health Kits and Ammo Kits without having to wait for them to respawn (Infinite Ammo/HP Kits)
  • Instant Melee Weapon: Allows the cheater to hit people instantly without waiting for a short time to continuously hit them with no "200 milliseconds hit delay".
  • Instant Throw: This allows cheaters to throw projectiles such as Jarate, Mad Milk, Sandman Ball and the Flying Guillotine without having to wait for the millisecond animation to finish.
  • Instant Uncloak: This immediately uncloaks the Spy, allowing them to get backstabs easier.
  • No Freeze During Matchmaking 10 second Countdown: Allows Cheaters to move during the period where everyone on both teams is frozen when the 10-second countdown is being announced, this allows them to instantly capture points on CP maps, even extending the setup time.
Extra Crap

Name Linebreak/Name Indentation: This feature allows the user to ident/put spaces in their name or text chat in order to hide previous messages or try to shut out/discourage other users from typing/reading the chat. This is usually spammed if used in text chat, and their name is disconnected from the "Scoreboard" (when pressing Tab) in an unusual position if used on the name.

Anti-Backstab: Forces the Anti-Aim (Explained Below) to force the angle of the cheater backwards so the spy cannot get a backstab when close to him.

Clear Visuals Key: This completely disables all visuals that are unordinary for TF2, which mainly includes the Radar, ESP (Wallhacks) and Highlighted Aimbot Target. This can be toggled on and off with a button, in a similar fashion to the Aim Key.

Crit Hack: This allows cheaters to get a higher chance of getting a critical hit. (With melees, they are very likely. With normal weapons, they are very unlikely to get one in community servers... But will definitely get a lot on Valve servers. I don't know why that is, but who cares, we have our community servers safe :P) This feature also allows cheaters to skip random crits, in case they want to store their Random Cancers for later.

Fake Lag: This allows cheaters to simulate real lagging, without them actually lagging themselves. Their ping will usually be the same as it was when it wasn't enabled on the scoreboard, so that is an easy way to find out if they are using it! (This feature can be configured with different values...)

Bunny Hop: This allows the cheater... To well- Bunny Hop. This feature can come with Auto-Strafe (Which automatically presses the A and D keys depending on where the cheater is going).

Air Stuck: This allows the cheater to remain in the air, this feature is usually used to skip pulling and teleporting floor traps in Deathrun.

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION* This feature has already been patched but is still possible to do due to a new Air Stuck method, which keeps the player frozen for three seconds (as TF2 automatically disables it after 3 seconds), and then quickly toggles it off and then on again to remain stuck in the air. (They will move a little bit after each toggle though :D)

Anti-Aims: This changes the cheater's view angles to another specific direction, to make themselves harder to be headshot by legit players and cheaters alike. (Cheaters still face forward on their screens, however.)
Here is a list of possible Anti-Aims that can be used by the cheater, and where you should aim if they are using it:

  • Up - Easy, it forces the cheater's view upwards. [Aim as normal.]
  • Down - Once again, this is simple, it forces the cheater's view downwards. [Aim as normal.]
  • Fake-Up - This tricks players into thinking that the cheater is aiming downwards, but is actually aiming up. [Aim upwards on their character model if you are a Sniper.]
  • Fake-Down - This tricks players into thinking that the cheater is aiming up, but is actually aiming down. [Aim downwards on their character model if you are a Sniper.]
  • Fake-Center - This tricks players into thinking that the cheater is aiming normally, but is actually aiming up or down. [I have no idea how to combat this :'(]
  • Fake-Sideways - This tricks players into thinking that they are aiming to one side, but is actually aiming at the other. [Aim at the other side that they appear to be facing, if you are a Sniper.]

Anti-Anti-Aims: This feature allows cheaters to hit the Anti-Aims of other cheaters, even allowing them to see the real angle of the cheater's Anti-Aim. This feature is mainly used in Hack vs Hack (HvH). This feature uses something within the cheat called a "Resolver", which resolves Anti-Aims to combat other cheaters. This feature sometimes even allows the cheater to see the Real Angle of the cheater.
Typical modes that are used for Anti-Anti-Aim are Automatic and Forced Angles.

  • Automatic = Tries to predict which Anti-Anti-Aim to use and combat the Anti-Aim that the other cheater is using. If it fails, it will continuously cycle until it gets the right one.
  • Forced Angles = This allows cheaters to force a certain Anti-Anti-Aim onto a cheater if they know which Anti-Aim that they are using, or if the Automatic Resolver isn't effective.

Name Changer/Stealer: Self-Explanatory, Automatically steals a person's name from the current server.
There are three modes as to how this feature works: Current Team, Enemy Team or Both.

Chat Spam: "GET GOOD GET VAC BANNED!" Yes, the classic binds. They can be indented by the cheat program in order to cover the entire chat with just the message, making it harder for other players to see their messages and others too.

Taunt Slide: Allows any moveable taunt (Such as the Conga) to move left or right directly when taunting.

Phew, that was some hard work!

  • Automatic Condition Removal: This feature automatically removes conditions that are not beneficial to the player, such as Pyro's Afterburn, Scout's Cleaver Bleeding, Sniper's Melee Bleeding (On one weapon only, that I can't seem to remember its name from...), Scout's Sandman ball slow-down, and so on.
Extra Crap

Honestly I can tell how much effort you put into this, it's really good. When I clicked on it, I expected to see just basic shit i.e esp, aimbot but it was actually well thought out and all man good shit kitsune.

Only suggestion I could think is that you could add toggling, to make them seem less suspicious i.e describe how someone using wallhacks could sort of toggle them on/off quickly so thy wouldn't look obvious. Aimkey is also a thing instead of it all being automatic.

There is a feature where you can immediately toggle all the cheat visuals off with a push of a button, similar to an Aim Key.

There has been a VAC wave today, and everyone who has used a specific cheat (not mentioning ;) ) have been banned today, good job, Valve!

However, the creator of the cheat is working on making it undetected again, and the program is currently in maintenance mode. He claims that he will have it ready by the 1st December. :(

Let us pay our respects to those cheaters who spent $2000+ on their backpacks and got banned. :D

The creator has had it delayed for 3rd December due to "major database refactoring", I guess we're two more days safe. ;( :cry:
